All bed linen and towels (including pool towels) provided and changed weekly on request. The villa is cleaned to a high standard for your arrival. No extra charge for cleaning.

All electricity and gas for heating and cooking (including barbecue) is included. Provision of cot and bedding is available at no extra cost for baby or small child.

Coffee, teabags, milk and sugar are provided for your arrival. We have filtered drinking water on tap. For a small extra cost, we are happy to do a larger supermarket shop for you if you would like to arrive to a full fridge....just email us your list about two weeks before your holiday.

All rooms have either free standing or ceiling fans. For those holidaying during the winter months, heating is by free standing gas heater and wood burning stove (logs can be purchased on site). We hope to provide you with everything you need for a fabulous holiday!
