All bed linen and towels (including pool towels) provided and changed weekly on request. The villa is cleaned to a high standard for your arrival. No extra charge for cleaning.

All electricity and gas for heating and cooking (including barbecue) is included. Provision of cot is available at no extra cost for baby or small child. We provide a welcome pack of milk, bread, tea bags, coffee, butter, jam, eggs, fruit juice, wine and beer for holidays of one week or more. We have filtered drinking water on tap! All rooms have either free standing or ceiling fans. For those holidaying during the winter months, heating is by free standing gas heater and wood burning stove (logs can be purchased from us). We hope to provide you with everything you need for a fabulous holiday, and living nearby, we are available for information or assistance, should you require it.

The villa is equipped to a high standard with the following amenities/facilities.

Gas hob, fridge/freezer, family size combination microwave oven, coffee machine, washing machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, DVD player (good selection of DVD's to borrow free of charge), room fans, cot, high-chair, barbecue, private pool (for sole use of guests), pets accepted.
